Now that we are settled into our new home, we would like to take the opportunity to write our appreciation of the service you provided.
We chose three local, reliable companies who specialised in Karndean Flooring to the ground floor and carpet to the rest of our newly built house. The Regency Carpets estimate was the cheapest. We decided to accept their estimate for two reasons; firstly to save money but also because of the pleasant and professional attitude of the staff at the shop.
Our concrete floor was duly tested regulaly to check when it was dry enough for the Karndean flooring. Obviously we had timing considerations of our own and had to change dates a few time, all the changed were accepted equably and a new date sorted out. The fitting was planned to finish a day before our furniature was delivered - a bit too close possibly? all we can say is that it was a pleasure to have the fitters at the house, they worked efficiently and tidily and nothing was a problem. (at that stage in a move you really appreciate things not being a problem!). The futting was completed on time and we are absolutely delighted with the result - what more can we say!
